What is Green Care Farms?
Green Care Farms is Canada’s first green care farm specifically designed for people living with dementia on an operational farm. Based in Milton, Ontario, the program brings together meaningful activity, time outdoors, social connection, and a supportive routine in a farm setting designed to support dementia care, belonging, and quality of life.
