Sponsor a Community Day ($350)

Your sponsorship helps us purchase the tools and supplies we need to prepare the Sensory Garden. Supplies may include soil, mulch, and seedlings.

Sponsor a Member

Your sponsorship helps an individual living with dementia attend our program.

Sponsor a Member (anywhere from $500-$2,400 can go towards subsidizing partial or full seasonal participation for a person with dementia)

Sponsor a Bench In Honour or in Memory of a Loved One ($1,000)

At Green Care Farms, we know that honouring the memory of a loved one who lived with dementia is a meaningful act. We would love to offer the opportunity to commemorate their legacy through the donation of a memorial bench.
Why a bench?

A bench serves as a lasting tribute and is enjoyed by everyone who visits the farm.
Personalize the bench with a plaque and a message or your loved one’s name.
